Returns & Exchanges

At Lola Lalo, we want you to love your handmade piece.
If for any reason you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange for eligible items by contacting us at support@lolalalo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our team will reply within 24–72 hours with next steps and return instructions.

Returning Conditions

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for non-personalized items.

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the branded dust bag.

  • Products that show any signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.

  • Returns must be shipped back to our atelier in France (address provided by our team upon approval).

  • Returns made without authorization may not be processed.

Sale & Personalized Items

  • Personalized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • The shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a registered or trackable courier service, as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Lola Lalo in France.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another style or size, please indicate this when contacting our team.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to availability).

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been completed.

Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

We continue to offer complimentary express shipping on all new orders.
