At Lola Lalo, we offer complimentary express shipping worldwide on all orders.
Each parcel is shipped with care from our atelier in Morocco, via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS International Priority.
Delivery Times
Each Lola Lalo bag is crafted individually by skilled Moroccan artisans.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for production, followed by express delivery (4 – 7 business days) worldwide.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) — all import duties and taxes are included in the checkout price.

Orders shipped to all other countries are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) — import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Phone Number Requirement
Our shipping partners (DHL, UPS, and FedEx) require a valid phone number for international delivery.
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout — this information is essential to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address before your order is dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@lolalalo.com— we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once a parcel has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
Lost, Damaged, or Failed Deliveries
In the rare case of a missing, damaged, or undeliverable parcel, please contact support@lolalalo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will open a case with the carrier and assist you promptly.
Please note:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

We cannot issue refunds for items that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping details.
